I'd argue that RV Hero isn't a shipwreck, Looking at the dictionary definition (Oxford, Cambridge) they say "at sea". Hero, an unseaworthy broken old hulk finally sinking while tied up in port does not seem, to me, to be anything like a shipwreck.
