Can anyone explain to me why the two railway tunnels north of Merstham are referred to as 'Hooton Tunnels' on the template? I can't find reference to this name in any reference book, gazetteer, or on the web, and as far as I recall they were always referred to as the 'Merstham tunnels'. The correct names in accordance with the Sectional Appendix are Merstham tunnel on the Redhill Line, and Quarry tunnel on the Quarry Line. I've changed them accordingly. Ivor the driver (talk) 08:45, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Should there be some means ((possibly now closed?) between Clapham Junction and Battersea Park for trains on the Brighton Line to join the West London Line? I seem to remember travelling this route in the early 1960s. There is nothing shown on the diagram. Das48 (talk) 11:01, 28 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Suggest adding to the map- The closed station at Grosvenor Road between Victoria and Battersea Park. The access to Selhurst Depot from Selhurst station. It is debatable whether you include the sidings at East Croydon as they now comprise a few short sidings to stable engineers machines. [[Steamybrian (talk) 15:49, 14 January 2011 (UTC)]][reply]

Hove Tunnel missing

[edit]

Can someone with more template editing experience than me please add Hove Tunnel on the section between Hove Junction and Brighton? I know it's on the West Coastway line, but the section east of Hove Junction is shown in full so the tunnel should appear there too, just like Cliftonville Tunnel. Thank you in advance. 2A00:23C5:D00C:ED00:559C:D3D:A92E:13F9 (talk) 14:44, 14 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
