issue in 2006[edit]

The problem here is that the bulk of the campaign in 1991 doesn't have a separate page to be linked. --Joy [shallot] 22:54, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's possible to link to sections of larger pages, if desired; but I would think that this material would eventually have its own article(s), no? Kirill Lokshin 23:12, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No, not really, because the main campaign in 1991 is the bulk of the War of Independence. All these other things are mostly short events (except for "Storm", which was also short itself, but with a huge impact). The way it is written now somehow implies that e.g. there was a Battle of Vukovar, but nothing else at the same time, whereas that was a part of the main campaign at the time. --Joy [shallot] 02:35, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Granted, that's not actually fixed by my change, only somewhat alleviated. --Joy [shallot] 02:36, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Also, the battle vs. operation vs. incident distinction that appears to have been made with the italics is pointless here. These items do not automatically map onto campaigns, either. --Joy [shallot] 02:38, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

red links[edit]

The vast majority of other campaign boxes don't have red links. I'm moving them to Croatian War of Independence#Timeline of major events where they can be referenced properly. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 22:46, 22 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
