I propose to change:
flag alias-army = War flag of the Imperial Japanese Army.svg
into
flag alias-army = War flag of the Imperial Japanese Army (1868–1945).svg
Which uses the same consistent colours of the red as the current flag of the Empire of Japan (which is also already matched by the Imperial Japanese Navy flag)
