local flag is official[edit]

It seems the flag used with the local label has been official since 23 February 2007. World Statesmen and Roberto Breschi (rbvex.it) have this date as well. This year stamps have been issued by the TAAF government; see here or here. - Thanks, Hoshie 08:23, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
