Comments/discussion:

The fact that the article discusses recent changes (made in July 2011), but is referenced to a source "last updated 09.03.2007" needs to be reconciled. Sasata (talk) 20:54, 8 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • That's not the half of it. The article is substantially the same as the pre-existing International Code of Botanical Nomenclature. I withdraw the nomination.
