  • Article length, history, and text issues all look ok to me. The hook is quite long and wordy, I would suggest trimming it to something along the lines of
  • I'd like to hear input from other editors, though, on whether this hook is appropriate. It seems to me that it's not really something interesting that he's done; more crucially, some might see this hook as focusing unduly on a negative event in a living person's life (especially since, from what the LAT source says, it sounds like Sullivan was being a bit of a jerk before this happened). rʨanaɢ (talk) 22:09, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • ALT1:... that after a playoff win, New England Patriots General Manager Patrick Sullivan was hit with a football helmet by an opposing player?
  • ALT2: ... that during the New England Patriots' 1985-86 playoff run, an opposing player hit General Manager Patrick Sullivan with a football helmet?
  • These hooks are shorter and put more emphasis on the Patriots' victory and less on Sullivan being hit.--Hirolovesswords (talk) 03:50, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
ALT1 is good. Tick based off of Rjanag's review. Crisco 1492 (talk) 08:57, 20 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
