re: Promoter's note[edit]

@BlueMoonset: The article quote is "He had run every summer program from 1957 to 2000", which is sourced. The parenthetical in the hook describes the program (which is associated with OSU), not his running it specifically or solely at OSU. Should be straightforward. czar  05:11, 28 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It didn't read to me as a parenthetical in the hook, but as a fuller description of the program. As such, OSU was the only part that wasn't forty years, so I removed it. It seems to me to be too easily open to misinterpretation with OSU left in, and would require rewording for clarity. If you really want, I can pull it back for another go round, but as it says elsewhere, hooks are subject to editing when they're promoted (or afterward), and I think the hook works well without OSU. I'm not adamant about its inclusion, but wanted to clarify just in case—it's fine as is. Thanks for doing what you do czar  06:26, 28 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
