"Smell"[edit]

Pinging the reviewer and promoter: @Cwmhiraeth:, @Yoninah:. This is now over at Did you know/Preparation area 3, but I see that (recently?) there has been a lot more scrutinizing over at WP:ERRORS, so I just want to double check that the hook is okay. The chosen hook is: ... that arachnologists think juvenile Chanbria camel spiders locate their prey through a combination of smelling and feeling for them? Is this okay even though the word "smell" doesn't appear in the article? Rather, it just mentions chemoreceptors. I don't think it's an issue, but I can see how some might fight to strike this hook once it reaches the main page — people have complained about these sorts of differences in the past. Any thoughts? I don't think there is an issue either, but I've added a few words that should remove the possibility of any objections. If you don't like the additional words, you can always remove them after the article has appeared on the main page. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:00, 2 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
