This has been a long time issue. Actually the common spelling of the word is "Subhash" as in Subhash Ghai, Subhash Mukhopadhyay, Subhash Kak. But this person (Bose) used the uncommon spelling and this creates lots of confusion. In every few days some people change it to incorrect spelling. --Tito Dutta ✉ 18:15, 14 August 2012 (UTC)
Not done Please get a consensus for this notice on the article's talk page. Also, I think it would be a good idea to make it less garish - how about removing the animated stop image, like this:

Also, that one link to the Indian government document isn't such persuasive evidence, so I've removed the link in my suggestion.
