This edit notice currently shows up when editing Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Newsroom, for no apparent reason. (CC Headbomb) Regards, HaeB (talk) 17:28, 26 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Seems to have been caused by moving the notice from Template:Editnotices/Page/User:USERNAME/Signpost draft to Template:Editnotices/Page/Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Newsroom here. I don't know why that was moved, it was clearly meant to warn about people forgetting to put their usernames on submsissions, which would create a page at User:USERNAME/Signpost draft. @HaeB: should be fixed now. I've noticed the ProcBot operator too. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 04:41, 27 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Wikipedia_Signpost/Newsroom&action=edit looks OK again now. Thanks for sorting this out! Regards, HaeB (talk) 06:04, 27 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
And now ProcBot has messed it up again. @ProcrastinatingReader: Thoughts?
Alternatively, we may just want to remove the redirect at User:USERNAME/Signpost draft that's causing this misguided bot behavior. Regards, HaeB (talk) 23:33, 2 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The redirect isn't the issue, the bot should be fixed. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 00:45, 3 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
