I have amended the template to add an optional discipline column on the right hand end to use Template:hockeygreencard, Template:hockeyyellowcard and Template:hockeyredcard. I'm not an expert on table markup so feel free correct if you see fit. cheers Goldfinger820 (talk) 04:56, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

Penalty shoot out report

Does anyone know how to add a REPORT link to the penalty area of the box? Sometimes that report is separated from the match report, I'd like to be able to put it in the article. User:m&m89talk 21:07, 24 September 2012 (UTC)
