Simplest case should be simpler

The template should be revised to handle the yet simpler code ''{{gcb|'' and ''}}'' around the glossary term. The second parameter default value is now set equal to id in a way that requires literal assignment 'id='. --P64 (talk) 19:52, 29 October 2011 (UTC)
