Peel Health Campus[edit]

At 14:16, 22 July 2013 (UTC), I removed the redlink Peel Health Campus, with edit summary (remove Peel Health Campus - is in Mandurah, so not a "Hospital in Perth") [1]. Some hours later, at 01:47, 23 July 2013 (UTC)‎ User:The Drover's Wife reverted this, with edit summary (rvt mandurah is in the metro area) [2]. I posted the following on their talk page at 02:31, 23 July 2013 (UTC) [3]:[reply]

Mandurah is not within Perth. Landgate maps show that the Perth's metropolitan region ends at the Rockingham/Mandurah LGA boundary [4], as does the WA planning commission [5].

It has now been 24 hours with no response. Peel Health Campus lists their address as "110 Lakes Road, MANDURAH WA 6210" [6], and the two reliable sources above show that Mandurah is not within Perth. Therefore, I have again removed Peel Health Campus from this template. - Evad37 (talk) 02:32, 24 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I make no comment about whether Mandurah is part of Perth, but if it is not part of Perth, one should consider cropping File:Perth from air.jpg (which is included in the Perth article) so that it does not include the Mandurah Estuary and Peel Inlet, both of which one might reasonably consider to be Mandurah. The image doesn't include a label for Mandurah, but so far as I can tell by visual comparison of the image with the 2011 Melway Perth street directory and Google Maps, it does go that far south. I would be in favour of cropping it. Note: I have linked to this discussion from WT:WA so more eyeballs can see this. - Evad37 (talk) 13:50, 24 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I've cropped File:Perth from air.jpg. Mitch Ames (talk) 04:10, 25 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
