Reinstate Elizabeth and Margaret as Grandchildren of George V. To not include them there is misinformation.

[edit]

As the template was, in some places the template displays without Elizabeth or Margaret being listed as grandchildren of Geroge V, and not in any other capacity either. for example, see info box in Prince_John_of_the_United_Kingdom. The changes I made now have it displaying correctly in that page, and hopefully in all places :-) --Richardb43 14:13, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Harewood

[edit]

The Harewood Brothers are not on the list —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.65.18.89 (talk) 17:49, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No, simply because they do not belong to the House of Windsor (they belong to the Lascelles family). Just like Peter Phillips doesn't. I can see how the "grandchildren" heading can be seen as misleading, though, when the list only covers male-line grandchildren. Perhaps it can be made clearer. -- Jao (talk) 23:56, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

But they are grandchildren of King George V —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.64.226.46 (talk) 19:43, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Nobody is disputing that. But under the "Grandchildren of King George V" subheader in the "House of Windsor" template, only those grandchildren of King George V who are also members of the House of Windsor qualify. -- Jao (talk) 20:18, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Great-grandchildren

[edit]

Elizabeth II has many Great-grandchildren, only 3 of them are mentioned in the Template. 67.170.255.241 (talk) 06:41, 14 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
