Current tournament[edit]

Request for current tournament added to infobox (again)[edit]

Almost twelve years later I just came here to ask the same question, currently it's the World Snooker Championship, it took a separate search to find 2024 World Snooker Championship. There is absolutely zero info about the 2024 World Snooker Championship in the World Snooker Championship. The premier tournament in the Snooker Calendar and there is no mention of it in the article!

Of course current = should be added to the infobox. It makes no sense not to have it. Information, who can see it, should not decided by one person. Keeping up to date with the latest tournament is what most readers would like to know.
