Template talk:No reliable sources

This needs a few tweaks[edit]

  • If this can be merged with the existing template, Template:Unreliable sources, that might be better.
  • The "at least two reliable sources" needs to be removed unless it's already supported by an existing policy/guideline/other established consensus, in which case the /doc page needs to link to that policy/guideline/discussion.
  • There should be an optional "discuss" link, so that if the person who placed the template has already gone through the trouble of looking at each existing source and found it to be unreliable, he can document the work he's done and link to that discussion directly from the template.
  • If possible, the template should include either an "as of [timestamp]" or "as of [link to previous revision]" statement, so it will be obvious to others which sources existed at the time the template was placed. Directly linking to the last revision-id may or may not be technically possible.
