Template talk:PD-because

Template:PD-because is permanently protected from editing because it is a heavily used or highly visible template. Substantial changes should first be proposed and discussed here on this page. Hi, please replace Category:Public domain images with Category:PD other reasons (as to sync with Commons - see commons:Category:PD other reasons) and add {{pp-template|small=yes}} on the blank line (between the interwiki link and the "Category:Image copyright tags").

Why does it link to Commons policy?[edit]
