Link to Havana Syndrome removed

I removed link to Havana Syndrome (H.S.) article for a few reasons:

1. The nature of H.S is very controversial, and a hard-science template should not link to it until the controversy is resolved;
2. Many experts feel Havana Syndrome may be psychogenic (thus, _not_ caused by an energy weapon, and not related to Physics)
3. If a weapon is involved in Havana Syndrome, no weapon has been identified with specificity ... proponents of weapon theory cannot agree amongst themselves on its nature;
4. Since this is a Physics template (vs a medical or political or pychologicial template) H.S. should only be in the template if the Physics community feels H.S. is relevant (e.g. is H.S discussed in Physics journals? In Physics classes? etc).
