Kronverksky Canal and Strait[edit]

Do these two terms relate to the same thing? I just finished the article Kronverksky Strait and I wonder what the difference is. If they are the same, should we remove the K. Canal from this template, or redirect it? --CaritasUbi (talk) 03:11, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

These are two different objects. Kronverk from different directions it is surrounded by water. It is represented in the form of a wide horseshoe in map cent. From small Zayachii island it separates natural wide Kronverksky Strait. To separate Kronverk from the big Petrogradsky island has been dug Kronverksky Canal, narrow a channel of the form of a broken line.--Andrey! 12:15, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
