Proposed changes to template[edit]

I've never really liked this template. Some of its categories, like "Spin-offs" are superfluous. It emphasizes unimportant aspects of The Show and leaves out some important ones. For example, I'd like to be BOLD and make some changes. If anyone has issues, please discuss. Christine (talk) 12:10, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that some of the links were downright stupid... linking to movies with character cameos is useless. I've revived five of the related productions, though, as they're notable (albeit their articles need work). -- Zanimum (talk) 01:37, 14 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dictionary[edit]

Can anyone explain why Sesame Street Dictionary was taken off with an automatic undo? –BuickCenturyDriver 03:07, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That was me that undid that edit. The reason for it partly has to do with the above discussion. This template should not include every Sesame Street-themed article. If it did, it'd be an incredibly long template. It's not the purpose of templates to be all-inclusive; rather, it's to include the most important articles about a subject. The article in question is about one of the thousands of children's books about The Show, and it's only a stub. As a result, it doesn't belong in this template. Thanks, but I suggest either using an edit summary or leaving a message. On the bright side, I put a couple of sources because I thought you took it down because the article didn't cite any. –BuickCenturyDriver 02:16, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Iftah ya simsim[edit]

I want to mention that Iftah Ya Simsim is Gulf region edition, not only Kuwait. Mahmoudalrawi (talk) 19:50, 24 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
