The MB is certainly considered a political party in the Syrian context. Just because it has no legal definition as such doesn't make any less so. It was a political party in the pre-Baath period, and it is still referred to as a party. Now, I'm not gonna edit-war over something as trivial; but if we can find consensus either way we can move forward on this from the slow edit-war happening now.
