"French Canadian" != "Quebecois"

There are many French-speaking people in Canada (Acadians, for instance), who are not Quebecois. Hence, Template:User French-Canadian shouldn't redirect to Template:User Quebecois.Fagstein 08:06, 26 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

If we had a graphic of some kind for the User French-Canadian template, we could have a separate template and not a redirect. -Acjelen 09:07, 26 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

If a suitable image can't be found to represent "French Canadian not necessarily Quebecois", then what should be done with the current redirect? Should it be deleted altogether, or is the redirect reasonably close enough in the absence of an alternative? Another idea might be to create a Template:User Acadian with the Acadian flag and so forth. -- Curps 10:14, 26 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Why not just a Canadian flag? Fagstein 19:43, 26 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Quebecois Ancestry = Not Real[edit]

I'm sorry but if anyone believes they have Quebecois ancestry, they have an identity crisis. --Hurricane Angel 22:18, 27 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
