Repeats use should be listed[edit]

There should be repeats listed otherwise why would we list the winners by order? It is showing the winners by year. It should be shown by year won and if not at least mention that they won back to back. 63.76.234.250 (talk) 13:20, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Confusion is a second issue that needs to be addressed in the former version. Because the winners are listing in chronological order one could be confused by thinking that each players has only won once. This is especially confusing in the situation of Stu Ungar who won 3 times not all back to back. It would seem that there is a missing year. 63.76.234.250 (talk) 16:01, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

1 ref per name[edit]

One reference per winner is fine, the template happens to be ordered by year first won. You might be confusing templates with structured lists, eg "List of WSOP winners" which would note multiple winners, dates etc. There is no provision for simple templates to have multiple links or references. Adding the year that they won?[edit]

Anyone think we should include the year that each player won? Like "Peter Eastgate (2008)". Gary King (talk) 19:00, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
