It should be noted that on 11th September 2014 the Flag Insititute officially recognised the flag of Bedfordshire, however the design is slightly different to the flag shown on this page. The correct design is:

Note the change in the order of the blue and white waves on the left of the flag is different. It's also heraldically valid (or next to argent, with azure next to gules are not permitted; or next to azure, with argent next to gules are permitted). so
