Image switchout

I replaced the image here in this edit as the previous image is not only quite obnoxious, but ugly. I'm all for putting the state image with the flag in the background up, but to have the other one up just not only repeats the obvious, but it indicates that we are amateurs who don't know how to do things properly. If anyone disagrees, please start a discussion here before you revert as I don't think I'm the only one with this opinion. Kevin Rutherford (talk) 06:03, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
