Tibetan script[edit]

Csbodine expressed the idea to add Tibetan script to the template. I'll try to do this eventually but it could take a while. --Klimov 18:22, 22 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You mentioned on my talk page that you had trouble getting Tibetan Fonts to appear in Firefox. I downloaded the Unicode font from Tibetan Fonts and everything seems pretty good right now. I don't know all of the ways Wikipedia, but it seems to me that it would require some sort of script to run through and add the appropriate Unicode to the template. Incidentally, I created a group of similar templates that allow Tibetan characters. See Template:bobox-tw and Template:bobox-two. - Nat Krause(Talk!) 18:21, 4 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
There is also the Tibetan template Template:bo which includes Tibetan script.

Capitalization[edit]

I notice many people using Wylie in articles are improperly using capitalization in their Wylie transliteration. Wylie discouraged capitalization and said that where used the first letter or prefix should be capitalized not the root letter (which he calls the initial). So bka' rgyud and Bka' rgyud are correct in Wylie transliteration but not bKa' rgyud. See: Wylie_transliteration#Capitalization.
