The following are the temples located in and around Hyderabad

Sita Rambagh temple[edit]

The temple with main deity as Sri Sita rama Chandraswamy was constructed in 1933.

Birla Mandir[edit]

Birla Mandir is a Hindu temple, built on a 280 feet (85 m) high hillock called Naubath Pahad on a 13 acres (53,000 m2) plot, constructed in 1976.

Jagannath Temple[edit]

The Jagannath Temple in Hyderabad, India is a temple to the Hindu god Jagannath near Banjara hills Road no.12.[1]

Features[edit]

There are shrines dedicated to Lakshmi, with Shiva, Ganesh, Hanuman and Navagrahas. The sanctum sanctorum houses Jagannath along with his siblings, Balabhadra and Subhadra.

Shyam Temple[edit]

Located in Kacheguda, this temple is of Shyam a.k.a. Barbarika.

Sri Uma Rama Lingeshwara Swamy Temple, KPHB 6th Phase Hyderabad[edit]

Located in KPHB 6th Phase, this temple is of Shiva, kanaka durga.

Chilkur Balaji Temple[edit]

Located at Chilkur in Moinabad mandal. Around 23 km from Mehdipatnam.

Temple of Venkateshwara also popularly called "Visa Balaji"

Chennakeshava Swamy Temple[edit]

Main deity at Chennakeshava Swamy temple at Keshavagiri

Located on a hillock in Keshavagiri of Chandrayangutta area.

Karmanghat Hanuman Temple[edit]

The temple was built by the Kakatiya king Prataprudra II in 1143.

Kesari hanuman Temple[edit]

Located at Jiyaguda, on the banks of River Musi.

This temple is located at Road no.55.

Ranganatha Swami Temple[edit]

Around 400 years old temple at Jijyaguda.

Sri Subrahmanya Swamy Devalayam, Skandagiri[edit]

Located at Padma Rao Nagar, also called "Skandagiri Temple", about 2 km from Secuderabad Railway Station.

Akkanna Madanna Temple[edit]

This temple is located in Shalibanda.

Ujjaini Mahankali Temple[edit]

Sri Ujjaini Mahakali Temple is a temple located in Secunderabad.[2]

Sanghi Temple[edit]

Located near Ramoji Film City.

This temple is dedicated to Venkateswara, on a promontory overlooking Sanghi Nagar. [3]

Ashtalakshmi Temple, Hyderabad[edit]

This temple in Vasavi Colony is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Lakshmi as Ashtalakshmi. It was built in 1996.

Katta Maisamma temple[edit]

This temple is located at Begumpet, beside Hyderabad Public School.

Balkampet Yellamma temple[edit]

This temple is located at Balkampet and is dedicated to Yellamma, a traditional manifestation of the Hindu goddess Parvati or Shakti.

Sri Ranganatha Temple[edit]

Gandhichervu, Hayathnagar, Hyderabad.

Lakshmi Ganapathi Temple[edit]

Sri Sadguru Samarth Narayan Ashram[edit]

Located at Jiyaguda near Purana Pul.

Ahobilam Math[edit]

Located at D.D.Colony. Near Shivam \Shivam Road.

International Society for Krishna Consciousness[edit]

There are three ISKCON temples, Hare Krishna Land, at Nampally Station Road, Abids; that Secunderabad, near Secunderabad Railway Station; and at Banjara Hills near Shri Jagannatha Temple.

Sringeri Shankara Math[edit]

The Sringeri Shankar Math established in Nallakunta is the oldest of the branch maths in Hyderabad.

Satya Sai Temple[edit]

Located at Sivam road, near Osmania university.

Rama Krishna Math[edit]

Located at Domalaguda, Lower Tank Bund road.

Akashpuri Hanuman Temple at Dhoolpet[edit]

Akashpuri Hanuman Temple is based out of Hyderabad in Dhoolpet, built over a period of nine years is one of the largest idols with 50feet height. The temple is built on the 150-foot hill at Akashpuri in Hyderabad.[4]

Sai Baba Temple, Dilsukhnagar[edit]

Sai Baba Temple is a Hindu temple of Sai Baba located in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, India. [6]

Jagannath Temple Bollaram[edit]

The Shree Jagannath Temple of IDA Bollaram is a Hindu temple dedicated to Jagannath, a form of Vishnu near exit-4 of outer ring road (ORR) in the city of Hyderabad of Telangana state, India.

Saraswati Temple, Wargal[edit]

Saraswati Temple, Wargal is located at a distance of 53 Kms from Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station at Hyderabad.
