The Serpent is an upcoming comic book series based on the film of the same name, directed, produced, and starring Gia Skova (also the writer of the comic). adapts the narrative of Lucinda Kovaskky, a CIA agent who is betrayed by her own agency and embarks on a mission to dismantle an international conspiracy that turns children into terrorist bombs.[1]

Plot summary

The story follows Lucinda Kovaskky, a highly skilled CIA agent, who is wrongfully accused of treason by her own agency. The plot delves into her struggle to clear her name while uncovering a sinister global conspiracy aimed at using children as living bombs to carry out terrorist attacks. Throughout the series, Lucinda uses her extensive training, wit, and determination to thwart the plans of those who seek to exploit the innocent.

Themes

The Serpent explores themes of betrayal, redemption, and the moral ambiguity of global politics. The comic addresses the psychological toll of being hunted by one's own allies and the ethical dilemmas posed by using the innocent as tools of war.[2]
