Career highlights and awards

Trevor Keegan (born August 30, 2000) is an American football offensive guard for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Michigan Wolverines, winning three consecutive Big Ten Conference titles and a national championship in 2023. Keegan was twice named to the All-Big Ten team. [1] He was selected by the Eagles in the 2024 NFL draft.

Early life and high school career[edit]

Keegan was born in 2000 and attended Crystal Lake South High School in Crystal Lake, Illinois.[2] He was rated among the top recruits on the offensive line and received scholarship offers from multiple schools, including Georgia, Penn State, and Michigan. He committed to play at the University of Michigan in December 2018.[3]

College career[edit]

Keegan enrolled at the University of Michigan in 2019, but did not appear in any games.[2] As a sophomore in 2020, he played five games on special teams and two on the offensive line.[2]

As a junior in 2021, Keegan started 11 games (including the Orange Bowl) at left guard and was part of Michigan's offensive line that won the Joe Moore Award.[2]

Prior to the 2022 season, Keegan lost approximately 30 pounds, going from 340–343 pounds to 303–305 pounds.[4] As a senior, he started at left guard in 11 games.[2] At the end of the 2022 season, Keegan was selected by the conference coaches and media as a first-team offensive guard on the All-Big Ten team. All three of Michigan's interior offensive lineman (Keegan, Olusegun Oluwatimi, and Zak Zinter) were named to the first team by the conference coaches.[5] Keegan also won back-to-back Joe Moore Awards in 2022.[6]

In 2023, Keegan returned for a 5th season, and started all 15 games as Michigan won a national championship. Keegan was named All-Big Ten for a second consecutive season.
