Even you have not disputed that there is no treaty of cession to legally transfer the sovereignty of the Hawaiian Islands to the United States. Without a treaty of cession, or a plebiscite, or a referendum, or acquisitive prescription supported by case law, the only way to classify the legal status of the Hawaiian Islands is as an occupied state. You have not provided a shred of evidence to rebut the presumption of sovereignty belonging to the de jure Hawaiian Kingdom and not the United States. Every one of your deletions of Hawai'i from the list of military occupations has been done without any reason given, or supporting evidence. Public Law 103-150 alone, supports the correct legal status of the Hawaiian Islands as on occupied state. There is no evidence to overcome this, otherwise you would have provided it by now.
