The 2024 Pacific hurricane season is an ongoing tropical cyclone season in the Eastern Pacific ocean. The season had an unusually early start in February when an extratropical cyclone unofficially became subtropical, forming into Subtropical Storm One.

On February 25, an extratropical storm turned subtropical. It weakened over the following days and dissipated soon after. This storm was the earliest recorded instance of a subtropical cyclone in the Eastern Pacific basin.
