Parasitic Diseases is a medical textbook of infectious diseases published by Parasites Without Borders and originally released in 1982. The original edition was 259 pages; now on the seventh edition, the book has grown to 602 pages. The book is widely regarded as an established medical textbook that provides a conglomeration of knowledge on the broad topic of parasitology and disease mechanisms, diagnostic techniques, treatments, and preventive measures. The latest 7th Edition was updated with a clinical summary section, additional life cycle diagrams, and a pronouncer’s guide to parasite names.[1]
