BATTLE OF BAHRAICH (13June1033)-was a decisive battle between forces of Raja Suheldev and Ghazi Saiyyad Salar Masud.The battle was fought near present day bahraich district ,Uttar Pradesh The invading Ghaznavid army of 100,000 was completely annihilated and leading to a pause in the Muslim conquests on the Indian subcontinent.[1]
