Here are some points that came forward after a conversation between Abhishek Suryavanshi and Satdeep Gill from 11:12 am to 11:42 am on 27th December 2014

  1. A project to increase the readers of Wikipedia throughout India by selecting a few cities at a time. For example, we can select a college in Patiala such as Modi College. Go and tell students about the Wikipedia in various languages relevant to them; Punjabi, Hindi and English.
  2. A side-project can be organized to train the local editors. We can call the local editors at the location and discuss with them as well.
  3. Selected individuals can be trained to edit Wikipedia as well.
  4. Work with local Wikipedians to develop Editing Wikipedia booklet in Indic Languages.
