Adv. Sanjiv Kumar is an Delhi based Indian lawyer and has more than 18 years of total experience in different industries and since October 2010, he is pursuing his career in law as the Advocate and Legal Adviser. In the process, he has gained valuable domain knowledge and a confidence to deal with varying situations. He is equipped to perform as an independent with ability to utilize his full potential which will add to more teeth to his striving learning curve and make him a bonafide legitimate Advocate, he is recognised name among the lawyers in different courts of Delhi and NCR, who managed different cases efficiently in and out of the courts. He is very accomplished legal professional with alike exposure to High Courts and District Courts of Delhi and NCR. He has been writing features, articles, columns on different social and political issues in many newspapers, magazines and journals.

Kumar hails from a small town called Khagaria, in the Munger (Mungyer) Commissionery of Bihar and belongs from a Educationists and Patriotic family. He is son of the most prominent educator of the town Late Sh. V. D. Yadav. He is a triple graduate and triple Post-graduate in Science and Arts from University of Delhi and in Music from Prayag Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, and several other courses such as CIC from IGNOU, Certificate in Romanian Languages French, Spanish & German, Diploma in Medical Transcription, Certificate in Disaster Management etc. apart from a post-graduate diploma in Management from Symbiosis, Pune and GNIIT from NIIT, Delhi and LL.B. Degree.
Many people are not aware that Mr. Kumar is a social activist and has done lots of work in the field of Health and Education for rural people of Bihar. He has established "AWNI- The Provider" Charitable Organization for helping rural people in many ways since 2007. On 16 August and 4 March on the occasion of competitive endeavour among the local students, teachers, social reformists and other people as a whole, Literature and Cultural Festival being successfully organised by Mr. Kumar and his "AWNI- The Provider" Charitable Organization.
In this festival many important things which reckons about Bihar and its past, the event was held at the historical ground and places of Bihar, Khagaria and Begusarai. Even "AWNI- The Provider" Charitable Organization has started giving awards to Students, writers, teachers and sportsman among others from the same place. The first Samman for writer was given to Mukesh Kumar and Bambam Poddar for contribution in sports and social works. "AWNI- The Provider" Charitable Organization Achievers Award for Achievers of different field who belongs from Khagaria region were distributed to many talented youths.
Adv. Sanjiv Kumar with his volunteers of "AWNI- The Provider" Charitable Organization during Souvenir Launch on 10 years of Khagaria Swakshta Abhiyaan conducted on the occasion of 100 Years of Gandhi ji's Satyagrah in Bihar. "AWNI- The Provider" Charitable Organization has Started Guru-cool Rural olympiad, for rural school children. In the year 2017 it has given to 10 students of Khagaria district. "AWNI- The Provider" Charitable Organization also announced Scholarship for the Mentally and physically challanged students and provided scholarship to 5 students of Khagaria District.
He worked in the social fields to fight injustice, inequality, and provide fundamental rights to the deprived community of India. He runs an NGO with the name of AWNI-The Provider, along with several other affiliations with such organisations.
