James Gordon (c. 1791 -) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

James Gordon was born c. 1791.[3]
He married Barbara (born c. 1796).[4]

11 Brandon Street.[7]
His daughter Anna Gordon married the surgeon dentist Thomas Hislop Macintosh (11 October 1833 - 14 June 1904) in 1856 in Edinburgh.[8]
His third son John Gordon died on 13 July 1854.[9]
