Alicia Henning Laird (14 February 1816 - 30 April 1903) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

Life[edit]

Her father was Robert Laird (baptised 22 March 1776) from Greenhill Farm in Kilmacolm, Renfrewshire.

Her mother was Agnes Berry (born 26 September 1782). Robert and Agnes married on 9 December 1809 in the High Church parish of Paisley.

Alicia Henning Laird was born on 14 February 1816 in Paisley.

She died on 30 April 1903 at 4 Abbey Parade, Herne Hill in Surrey, now in south London. Her estate was valued at £176 and 14 shillings.[3]
