History

[edit]

The Sandia Crest House was built in 197x by Sherry Perry of Sandia Crest Corp. Ownership transferred to Sunwest Silver Inc. who rebuilt the Crest House in 2003. The remodeled building features 6000 sq ft of retail space with incredible views from the dining room and deck. During the summer of 2013, a new wave of improvements began to appear as the property transitioned into it's new ownership under Two Mile High LLC and local entrepreneur, Andrew Mayer.
