He achieved under officer Rank in school times in National cadet core ( all three certifications A B and C recognised by government of India . He is diploma holder in electronics and telecommunication . Mr kamal pawar is the editor in chief of RNI ( government of India ) approved NEWS paper JEET SAMACHAR . He is also the promoter of NGO known as SAMUH SAMAJ SANGHTHAN in India . Kamal pawar has been attached with various political parties including BAHUJAN SAMAJ PARTY ( BSP) for which he has fought Municipal councillor Ludhiana elections in year 2007 and has served JANTA DAL UNITED a's youth president of Punjab upto 2021 and thereafter he served as OSD to Chairman of Dalit Vikas board ( punjab ) up till Feb. 2022 . Mr. Kamal pawar has put in appearance as INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE with SYMBOL LUDO for LUDHIANA PARLIAMENTARY Election 2024 .
