About me
I started autumn of 2018 at the Department of Organismal Biology (IOB) at the Evolutionary biological centre (EBC) in Uppsala. I am working within the Burki lab group at Systematic Biology.
Research area
Diversity, evolution and parasitology aspects of microbial eukaryotes, focusing on unicellular organism's that can be detected in invertebrates. Main research topics are Ascetosporean parasites in marine Bivalves such as oysters and mussels. Other protistal organism affecting these and other invertebrate hosts are also of interest.
