I am an Australian medievalist specialising in early Middle English language and literature. My research interests include translation practice and theory during the Middle Ages, the interaction between Latin and the vernacular languages of medieval Britain, as well as specific texts such as Layamon's Brut and the Ancrene Wisse.

This user is a participant in WikiProject King Arthur.
