My opinion on Talk pages

To me, they rather are (or should be) well structured "kind-of-pinboards", where irrelevant or outdated information should be allowed to be hidden or even eliminated, in order to allow new contributors to focus on points which r.e.a.l.l.y still are to be discussed as easily as possible.
