Plot Summary
[edit]Nichole, a down-on-her-luck resident of L-5 City, a space city orbiting at the L5 point, interviews for the position of research assistant for Seamus O'Murchandara, famous scientist. She decides not to accept, but changes her mind after an encounter with her ex-boyfriend. Her job involves a trip through the solar system. Her first stop is to Mercury, where she pilots a small craft under the suns photosphere and detonates a cluster of bombs. She manages to make it back and becomes an instant celebrity.
