Soto: The Mattress King

Officer Soto was an Officer who worked for the Towers Jail circa 2016.

During his reign as Mattress King Officer Soto switched and reclaimed as many as 20 mattresses some say.

It is rumored that Officer Soto switched shifts from mornings to swing shifts in order to increase mattress distribution across both shifts.

It has been said that if you are praying in your cell long and hard enough he will visit you in your dreams and you shall awake with a new mattress.

Not much else is known about Officer Soto however some say he still switches mattresses to this very day.
