My Dad always Said me, That " If you work hard & struggle in your early years of career ... then you can enjoy rest of your life, & if you enjoy in your early years then you will have to struggle for the entire life". Today what every I am is due to My MOM & DAD's Support their trust Every Body does the mistakes but they really always are my well wishers & more than my parents my freind who guided me & taught me the way of living,

About Your childhood

I was born on a cold night on Monday 24/02/1997 when even time seemed to stand still, in my native Karmala (Solapur), Ropale. I do not remember much of my early childhood, but my mom said that I was a very active, curious, and communicative child. I would ask dozens of questions each minute, even without waiting for the answers. I suppose this is why my parents offered me books and educational movies as early as my earlier stage only, I used to only break & try to join the things & the same concept made my an engineer in my parents eyes.

In my child hood we were too Poor as my father was a professor in college his salary was not enough to work for us,

He took up the decision to Quit the Job & start up with the Tutions which was the turning point in our life & from there he started to struggle very hard in order to feed our family & he was a damm succesull within a span of time,

Who are you?? Fortunately, my thirst for knowledge did not come to an end when I was at school. I was passionate about science. My father was a English Professor hence my learning & english command helped me through out the career, Learning Compute & my command in PPT & Presentation was my skill, This passion helped me gain profound knowledge in these areas, and I was admitted to the college of my dreams.

What are your goals?

An old saying goes, “A life with a goal is a life that is whole.” Be positive and show everyone that your life is whole.

I am certain that my degree will become my ticket to a better tomorrow. I understand that life is not just a bed of roses, and challenges and hardships are an integral element of life. Since my parents could help me cover my college expenses in full, paying off my Expenses by earning & learning has become an important challenge for me.

Why did you start your Job so early?? You were enough rich, if you wish then you could enjoy your college & then start the Job??

I completed my school from Ichalkaranji in Enlgish Medium

I observed in the surrounding that Engineering Feild has become so common & behind getting the degree its important to gain Skill & knowdlege

So i decided to Work & Study even my parents were able to arrange for the engineering Every one in the Family was oppose to my decision but my father always believed me & trusted me

I started my Job as A Job Inspector in Kolhapur Based foundry in age-16 As my communication & my skill was good I got promoted to the Assistant to the General Manager, With this activity i learnt the ISO activities & at age of 17 I became the Management Representative, I struggled a lot worked for 36 Hours continiously got the 8 Years experience in only 3 Years & competitievely appeared for my exams

But this time was so hard for me because of my over work My weak point which became my +ve point that i was devotional & I used to live for Working not Work for living,

Every day i used to get late night from the company & within 2 Years there was not even a single work in my feild which i was not able to do, because i totally took 3 Years experience but i worked for 24 Hours mostly so my experience become my Power From then i completed my Diploma in Mechanical & I got 4 Years Experience + Degree

& now where i was to be joining as a Fresh Quality Engineer in any company with 10,000 Salary There I joined as a QMS Manager in a Gujarat MNC Company with a Good Package & all facilities from the company & authorities

Now at the Age of 21 i am the best employee & i have succesfully completed 135 Customers Audit 8 Certification Audits without any audit fail,

I am a Qualified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015/ TS / ISO 14001 Also Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 at the Age of 21,

Hence by doing this way i saved my 10 Years of Life & where i was to be started today i have done it yesterday

But I respected to all the elders & been a part of them always,

What Message would you like to give to todays young engineers?????

I have come to believe that two main factors determine success. First of all is a person’s own determination and will to succeed. Are you ready to make sacrifices to achieve your goal, like working and studying at the same time? Are you prepared to recover after failure and proceed to your goal again? Without strong internal motivation, it is nearly impossible to become successful. Equally important is the support of people around you.

Being determined to succeed does not mean alienating everyone and stepping on other people in order to achieve your goal. On the contrary, success is about recognizing your weaknesses and accepting support from people who genuinely want to help you.
