Mr Pasha is the Chairman of Reliance West Malling Limited and principal partner of Gandhi Tandoori restaurant, in West Malling, Kent and Gandhi Tandoori at Rye in east Sussex. Both are established business for last 25 years. His third venture in the restaurant sector is Curry Loungeat Romney, Kent and is being regarded as one of the best places in Kent to have the real taste of Bangladeshi cuisine. Pasha Khandaker was born at Sylhet, a divisional head quarter, northeast to capital Dhaka, in Bangladesh in 1958. He received his School College and university education in Bangladesh. Throughout his academic life he was heavily involved with various extracurricular activities such as student politics, setting voluntary organizations etc. He spent a fair bit of campus time enjoying his gifted talent of oratory by engaging himself in student politics and soon became a very popular student leader. Following his arrival in the UK, he spent his formation years in up skilling himself in various life skills and eventually earned a Diploma in leadership management. Later, he pursued a career in the restaurant business. After learning the insights of curry business, he started his own business. With his innovative business ideas and hard working zeal he earned a huge success and got his name established in the curry industry within a very short time. Mr. Pasha served continuously on the previous national executive committees of BCA and became the Senior Vice President in 2003. He attended several meetings with govt. policy makers to promote greater awareness and business opportunities between Bangladeshi caterers and the United Kingdom Govt. He represented BCA at MAC office, at Home office, at No 10 Downing Street and dozens of other occasions and places. Mr Pasha has been a featured participant in various industry forums. He has served on a number of non-profit organizations, including the Kent Police as social trainer was active as senior executive with Kent Muslim forum, worked as coordinator for South East Human Rights. He is a labour party activist and served local CLP for last 10 years. He also served as the Secretary of West Malling Chamber of Commerce. Despite the increase in responsibilities, he was still able to keep his feet in service provision, delivering important day - to - day services for the betterment of Bangladeshi catering community. He is one of the architects of instilling new lifeblood into the activities of BCA, the national platform of 12,000 Bangladeshi caterers in the UK who contribute 3.5 billion annually to the British economy. Mr Pasha Khandaker is very active to ensure welfare of the general citizenry and has devoted himself to the cause of humanity. A practicing Muslim with a progressive mindset, Mr Pasha is highly touched and inspired by the teachings of Hazrat Muhammad (SM). Throughout his career in this industry, he has continually established connections with many high profile policy makers through his participation in the Chamber of Commerce, local council and police and several informal business groups. Mr Pasha has fostered close relationships with curry related firms and knows a great deal about their cultures and needs.  At the moment as the President of BCA Mr Pasha is working relentlessly to raise the standard of curry industry as well as those who are related with this creative industry.> Mr Pasha is married to Mrs Dipika Pasha and the couple is blessed with two children a boy and a girl. They reside in Kent and are actively engaged in the various social welfare activities in their neighbourhood. In personal life Mr Pasha is very cordial and amiable. His colleagues and admirers have always described him as a soft spoken and mild natured personality. He is always engaged to serve the distressed people. He has a wide range of interests including reading, gardening, travelling and updating himself with the latest world affairs.
