Cardis Cardell Willis, better known as Cardell Willis, and often billed as C. Cardell Willis, is an ailing Milwaukee comic suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. He was born April 20th, 1937 in Forest, Mississippi, although his birthday is celebrated on August 3rd. This is due to the slowness of the reporting of births during the time in the area.

Anniversary Celebrations[edit]

Beginning in 1993, Harley-Davidson has had celebratory rides to Milwaukee, which began with the 90th anniversary. They have called this the "Ride Home", with home referring to its birthplace. This new tradition has continued every 5 years, and is referred to un-officially as Harleyfest, in line with Milwaukee's other festivals (Summerfest, Germanfest, Festa Italiana, etc.). This event bring Harley riders from all around the world, and due to the weakened dollar at the moment, its a bargain to them. The most recent event, The 105th began August 28th, and ran through August 31st.
