Conflict of interest declaration - I am a freelance writer with an interest in making Wikipedia pages for notable people who are instrumental in the film and television industry, especially women who work in behind-the-scenes roles like screenwriters and producers. This hobby-of-sorts was born while working as an assistant for the screenwriter Vanessa Alexander. This was a paid position. If I do ever receive money for creating articles, it's a nominal amount to cover the basic costs of time spent not working on other paid projects. I also regularly donate to Wikipedia.

In making edits on here, I do my absolute best to be rigorous in my research and adherence to the community's values of accuracy and neutrality. I declare my COI wherever I understand it is required. Any oversight on my part is purely the result of information overload in response to the mammoth and important task of understanding the requirements of ethically contributing to this online encyclopedia. I absolutely welcome any feedback and will take full responsibility for any errors, seeking to rectify them immediately!
