Thinking that Mary H Shaw is Mary Helen Shaw, writer and painter [1] though that would dispute the death

So 1911 as date of death gets into ULAN, but that appears to be a misreading of its source in the Witt List. What is given is "op.1896-1911".[2] The code used is explained here.
